Österliche Grüße — Exchange of greetingsKloster Lüne, Hs. 15, Lage 12, fol. 20v
Lateinisch.
The sender sends as many greetings to the head of the convent as Alleluias are sung in the whole world. She also sends as many greetings to other sisters as mercies which flowed at the hour of the Resurrection. In an allusion to the words of the Easter hymn Alma dies, dulcis quies, the sender asks that the strong lion, who rose up victorious, may bring her recipient joy. See Letter 137, which contains a similar series of greetings for use during Passiontide.
